All guests must provide a valid form of ID at the door. Per Utah law, the only acceptable forms include: United States Drivers License or Identification Card OR Passport or Passport Card. No digital copies will be accepted.

Your licensed, vaccinated dogs are welcome on our SLCO Certified “Paws on the Patio”. Your dog must stay on the patio, on a leash, and have their tags.
